Robert has been my property manager for 10 years. Four properties in total in this time period. He has a really good ability to find really good tenants that have treated my properties as their own. Have not seen Robert in the last 7 years as there is no need, every potential problem gets sorted out efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended, never had any of my properties untenanted. Good tenants are the key and Robert certainly does this well.
