We are very grateful that one of our friends recommended Rob to us when we bought our investment house at Glenfield. He is so friendly, straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and supportive that he advised us on issues (other than rent arrears) he found with the house and helped us find ways to solve them. Robert has been my property manager for 10 years. Four properties in total in this time period. He has a really good ability to find really good tenants that have treated my properties as their own. When we moved to NZ 11 years we rented a house managed by Robert. We now own our own renter and Robert is managing our rental property. When we have had tenants move out, Robert manages this process so that is hassle free for us.
